The Trump Account Election Assistant ("the tool," "we," "us") is an independent preparation aid that helps you organize the information needed to complete IRS Form 4547 (Trump Account Election). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or trumpaccounts.gov.
The eligibility summaries, tax information, and contribution rules described on this site are general information pulled from official IRS guidance, provided for convenience. They are not personalized tax, legal, or financial advice, and they may not cover every situation. If your circumstances are unusual — foreign addresses, adoption, prior elections, or anything else that doesn't fit the common case — talk to a qualified tax professional before filing.
We can't guarantee that your child is eligible for a Trump account or the $1,000 pilot contribution, that the IRS will accept your filing, or that any particular outcome will result from using this tool. Eligibility and processing are entirely determined by the IRS and Treasury, not by us.
The tool costs a one-time fee, shown at checkout, per worksheet session. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. After payment, you'll receive a one-time access code by email to unlock the tool.
If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked about why. We'll process it back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days. Note that our payment processor's fee (roughly $0.50 on a $7 purchase) is not returned to us when we issue a refund, so we're unable to refund that portion — you'll receive back the purchase price minus that processing fee.
Your access code is for your own one-time use. Please don't share it — it can only unlock the tool once, and sharing it with someone else may prevent you from using the access you paid for.
You're responsible for reviewing everything the tool generates and comparing it carefully against the official Form 4547 before filing. We're not liable for errors in the official form that result from information you entered incorrectly, or for any consequences of filing (or not filing) Form 4547.
This tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.
